Role: Packaging Project Manager

- Positioned between client, Creative Director, Marketing Director, designer and factory in China as key point person to facilitate process including budget, packaging logistics (size and shape), deadlines, approvals, feedback, and on-brand design/copy requirements.

- Lead project by defining SKUs and barcodes, launch date, transportation, and fulfillment plan and establish image and sales goals. i.e. where will this package or display be positioned in the store?

- Translate into creative brief for designer (and photographer if necessary) to develop initial rounds of dielines to then become a prototype.

- After approvals, prepare proper files for delivery with printer and coordinate with manufacturer/fulfillment if not all in one house.
